Overview
The College is seeking to appoint a Receptionist to provide an efficient and professional level of customer service across all receptions. The successful candidate will always provide excellent levels of customer service. The College operates a switchboard system which all receptionists are required to use.
Responsibilities
- Provide an efficient and professional customer service across all reception areas.
- Operate the College switchboard system.
- Enrol students onto courses, handle cash, and deal with student and visitor queries.
- Carry out general administrative tasks as required.
Hours and Terms
- Two part-time Receptionist posts: 14 hours per week and 12 hours per week.
- Working hours: Tuesday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Term-time only role.
- Pro rata salary for fractional posts.
- Role involves travel to all College sites.
