As a Progress Coach, you will lead and deliver a structured tutorial programme within your designated area, working closely with Science Managers to design engaging and meaningful sessions. You will build strong relationships with your students, helping them overcome barriers, maintain high standards, and achieve their full potential.

Beyond the classroom, you will guide students in preparing for their next steps; supporting them with enrichment activities, work experience opportunities, university applications, and developing the skills they need for life beyond college.
