A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Halesowen College to appoint a lecturer who specialises in catering. Applications are welcomed from candidates wishing to join an experienced, successful and dedicated team offering a range of Professional Cookery, Patisserie and Confectionery, and Culinary Arts Management courses, in addition to developing a successful Cookery School and a training restaurant.
Teaching across a range of courses will require you to hold either a Professional Cookery or Patisserie qualification. Recent industry experience is essential.
