Lead Lecturer in Electrical Installation
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Halesowen College for a Lead Lecturer in Electrical Installation. In this role, you will lead and deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment that provides a high-quality experience to motivated students preparing for a career in the electrical sector. You will have the expertise to deliver engaging and industry-relevant topics across a range of Electrical Installation programmes, including inspection and testing, installation practices, health and safety, and emerging technologies in the electrical trade. As Lead Lecturer, you will support curriculum development, mentor colleagues, and ensure high standards of teaching and assessment are maintained.
Working collaboratively across curriculum areas, you will ensure that learners develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to progress into employment or higher-level study. A passion for the subject, strong industry knowledge, and a drive to inspire students to achieve and succeed in their chosen discipline are essential.
