Tutor/Assessor (CPC)

Halesowen College is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and conducive learning environment for all students. This role requires you to plan, prepare and deliver two‑week and four‑week Into Employment Programmes to adults.

We are seeking a highly motivated, personal and experienced Tutor/Assessor who will lead by example. The role is ideal for someone with a passion for teaching and who is ready to share their knowledge and experience to assist adults into sustainable employment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning, preparing and delivering the two‑week and four‑week Into Employment Programmes.
• Providing assessment and support for adult learners, ensuring training meets learning outcomes.
• Ensuring a high quality provision and tracking learner achievements.

Safeguarding and Vetting: The College is committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults and will undertake an Enhanced DBS, safer recruitment vetting and online checks for all successful candidates.
