To lead and coordinate the college's student wellbeing provision, ensuring accessible, high-quality support services that promote the mental health, emotional wellbeing, and resilience of all learners. The post-holder will deliver direct wellbeing and counselling support; line manage a team of Wellbeing Advisors and strategically coordinate a whole-college approach to wellbeing in line with statutory guidance.
The College is committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults and will undertake an Enhanced DBS, safer recruitment vetting and online checks for all successful candidates.
