Location: Halesowen College, West Midlands
The College is seeking to appoint a Receptionist to provide an efficient and professional level of customer service with regards to all reception duties.
The post will include providing a service across all receptions. The successful candidate will be required to always provide excellent levels of customer service. The College operates a switchboard system which all receptionists are required to use. Reception duties also include enrolling students onto courses, cash handling, dealing with student and third party/visitor queries and general administrative tasks
