We are seeking an inspiring and committed Lecturer and Course Leader for Foundation & Essential Skills who is passionate about transforming the lives of students with SEND and believes wholeheartedly in their ability to make outstanding progress.

You will lead and develop our Entry 3 Foundation Studies programme, delivering inclusive, engaging learning from Entry Level to Level 1, including Functional Skills English and Maths where required, while embedding EHCP targets, employability skills, British values, PREVENT and opportunities for real-world engagement within a dynamic and diverse curriculum.

As both an exceptional classroom practitioner and proactive Course Leader, you will create a calm, aspirational environment that builds independence, confidence and long‑term progression, monitor attendance and achievement, lead course quality processes, act as a Personal Coach, and work collaboratively with colleagues and families to ensure every learner is supported, challenged and empowered to succeed.

The College is committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults and will undertake an Enhanced DBS, safer recruitment vetting and online checks for all successful candidates.
