Deputy Head of ESOL and Coombswood Centre Manager – Coombs Wood Business Centre, Halesowen
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our leadership team as Deputy Head, playing a pivotal role in the success of both the ESOL division and the wider college.
As Deputy Head, you will support the Curriculum Director in the strategic leadership and day-to-day operational management of the ESOL division. You will be a high-performing educator with exceptional leadership qualities who is committed to driving excellence in teaching, learning, and supporting student outcomes.
In this role, you will take the lead on key areas including curriculum management and the development of employability opportunities, by engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Please note that it is our intention to interview for this post on Wednesday 16th July 2025.
