As Curriculum Manager, you will:
- Act as deputy to the Curriculum Director, supporting the leadership and operational management of the division.
- Take the lead on safeguarding, student disciplinaries, and work experience coordination within your curriculum area.
- Work closely with Employability Leads and Placement Officers to provide students with meaningful work-related learning, enrichment opportunities, and guest speaker events.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, ensuring high standards across teaching, learning and assessment.
- Manage resources effectively and support the ongoing development of curriculum provision.
