  • Work closely with Employability Leads and Placement Officers to provide students with meaningful work-related learning, enrichment opportunities, and guest speaker events.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff, ensuring high standards across teaching, learning and assessment.
  • Manage resources effectively and support the ongoing development of curriculum provision.
