Skilled Worker Visa Eligibility
Hales are proud to hold a Sponsor Licence and have opened applications for the Skilled Worker Visa Route. To apply for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be eligible to apply for a Skilled Worker Visa.
- Have full access to your own vehicle and a driver's licence.
- Currently reside in and have your own accommodation in or around Lincolnshire.
- Be available to travel to our care packages in Market Rasen, Wragby and the surrounding areas.

No experience is needed as full paid training is provided by our dedicated Internal Training Team.
- Home Care Assistant
- Based in Market Rasen
- Hours: 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm
- Areas Covered: Market Rasen, Wragby and surrounding areas.
- No experience necessary – paid training and induction to ensure you feel confident in your role.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.

Your Role as a Home Care Assistant
As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll support individuals in Lincolnshire to live independently in the comfort of their own homes.
Every visit is an opportunity to make someone’s day brighter and yours more fulfilling.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting medication and meal preparation
- Helping with light domestic tasks and grocery needs
- Providing companionship and emotional support
To Apply, You Will Need to Be
- Passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high-quality care and support.
- A reliable and honest team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- No experience necessary, we have had people join from hospitality, retail, and customer service backgrounds.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
