We are looking for Home Care Assistants / Carers / Care Workers to join our Rapid Response team in Sheffield. Duties will include responding to short notice care needs, hospital discharges, and supporting the team with care planning, assessments and quality checks. - Sheffield S2, Wybourn, Fairleigh, Manor, Hyde Park
- Sheffield S35, Chapeltown, High Green
Shifts available:
- Block shift
- 2 week rolling rota
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Your Role as a Home Care Assistant: As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll support individuals in Sheffield to live independently in the comfort of their own homes. Every visit is an opportunity to make someone’s day brighter and yours more fulfilling.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting medication and meal preparation
- Helping with light domestic tasks and grocery needs
- Providing companionship and emotional support
