- 12 hour night shifts available on either day or night shift (0700 - 1900 or 1900 - 0700)

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Complex Care Assistants to help us continue delivering high-quality, nurse-led care.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing Complex Medical Needs: Providing specialised care for individuals with complex needs such as tracheostomies, ventilators, PEG Feeding, and other complex medical needs.
- Providing Personal Care: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, always maintaining dignity and respect.
- Administering Medication: Safely and accurately administering medication, following prescribed protocols and maintaining detailed records.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Observing and documenting changes in service users’ conditions and, communicating any concerns to the clinical team.
- Emotional Support: Building strong relationships with service users and their families, providing emotional support.
- Promoting Independence: Encouraging service users to participate in activities and decision-making.
