We are hiring Home Care Assistants / Carers / Care Workers in Lowestoft to join our Reablement Team. This role involves providing person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping regain their health, well-being, and independence.

Areas covered: Lowestoft, Waveney and the surrounding areas.

  • Drivers required due to rural locations in the community.
  • Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept applications from individuals requiring Out of Country sponsorship.

The Reablement Care Assistant Role:

  • Supporting individuals with their personal care routines including washing, dressing, and attending to toileting needs
  • Ensuring service users have adequate grocery supplies
  • Assisting individuals in taking their medication
  • Preparing warm and nourishing meals
  • Helping with light domestic tasks and other care needs
  • Providing a valuable companionship lifeline to individuals

The Ideal Reablement Care Assistant:

  • Passionate about helping others.
  • A team player with good communication skills.
  • Honest and committed to delivering high quality care and support
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written to complete accurate records
  • Previous experience in care, retail, hospitality or other service industry is welcome but not essential.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle required.
