We are looking for Care Assistants to join our established team providing on-site support within an extra care setting at Aspen Gardens, Stockton-on-Tees.

Pay: £12.71 per hour.

Shift patterns: 7am – 3pm, 2pm – 10pm, 2-weekly rota, alternate weekends. Occasional night shifts may be available.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting)
  • Supporting medication and meal preparation
  • Helping with light domestic tasks
  • Providing companionship and emotional support

Qualifications

  • Passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high-quality care and support
  • A reliable and honest team player with a positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • No experience necessary, we have had people join from hospitality, retail, and customer service backgrounds
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
