Home Care Assistant Based in Caister-on-Sea

Hours: 7am-2pm & 3pm-11pm

Areas Covered: NR29, NR30, Martham, Ormesby, Caister-on-Sea, Hemsby and the surrounding areas.

No experience necessary – paid training and induction to ensure you feel confident in your role. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required. TO APPLY, YOU MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting)
  • Supporting medication and meal preparation
  • Helping with light domestic tasks and grocery needs
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
Qualifications
  • Passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high-quality care and support
  • A reliable and honest team player with a positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • No experience necessary, we have had people join from hospitality, retail, and customer service backgrounds
