Home Care Assistant based in Washington with guaranteed hours available (16-30 hours). Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + mileage at £0.30 per mile & travel time at £12.71 per hour. Shifts: 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, 4/3 shift patterns + alternate weekends. Areas Covered: Washington, SR1, SR2, NE9 7, NE36 0, NE37 1, NE37 2, NE37 3, NE38 7, NE38 8, NE38 9, NE38 0, DH4 7, and DH3 1.
No experience necessary – paid training and induction to ensure you feel confident in your role. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is ideal.
Your Role as a Home Care Assistant:
- Assisting with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting medication and meal preparation
- Helping with light domestic tasks and grocery needs
- Providing companionship and emotional support
