The Role
As our Registered Manager, your role is to ensure that all our clients receive the best quality care – every visit, every day. To achieve this, you will need to support and develop your care and office teams and lead through coaching, mentoring, and managing performance. At all times, you will be an ambassador for our brand and our values. You will develop strong partnerships with your Hales colleagues, your local authority and CCG contacts and community stakeholders who can help shape the direction of your branch. You will be supported by an experienced and secure corporate infrastructure including Quality, Recruitment, HR, IT and Training teams. We aim to allow each client to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible, while we maintain high-quality care.
