Hales Valley Multi Academy Trust is a primary academy trust based in Dudley, West Midlands, operating seven distinct primary schools. The Trust prioritises student well-being, high standards, and staff development. Woodside Primary School, one of our schools, offers inclusive provision from nursery to mainstream and values Care, Aspire and Achieve.
As School Office Manager, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school's administrative functions, including attendance, and support the wider office team. You will serve as the first point of contact for staff, pupils, parents and visitors.
Contract: Grade 6-7 (depending on experience), permanent contract, 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year. Salary range: £25,545 – £31,317 per annum.
Responsibilities:
- Provide line management and support to the office team.
- Deliver excellent administrative support in a fast-paced educational setting.
- Manage attendance, health & safety, estate and office operations.
- Maintain accurate records and systems.
- Develop and build effective relationships with staff, pupils, parents and visitors.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Enthusiastic, approachable, and professional with excellent people skills.

- Highly effective communicator with strong written and oral skills.
- Proactive, well-organised and committed.
- Experience in all aspects of school administration, health & safety and estate management.
