Hales Valley Multi Academy Trust is a primary academy trust based in Dudley, West Midlands, comprising seven diverse primary schools. We are looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Nursery Manager for a permanent, full‑time role (37 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum). The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering a strong foundation for young children, inspire enthusiasm for learning, and work collaboratively to support each child's development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a strong foundation for young children, supporting their development across the EYFS curriculum.
  • Inspire children with enthusiasm for learning and foster high expectations for attainment and behaviour.
  • Work effectively as a member of the team and maintain positive relationships with staff, parents, and children.
  • Lead and support staff in delivering high‑quality early years provision, ensuring continuous professional development.
  • Ensure the nursery environment is safe, engaging, and conducive to learning.
