Pay Rate: £13.10 per hour + mileage at £0.30 per mile & travel time at £12.71 per hour.
Hours: 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm.
Areas Covered: Rochford and surrounding areas.
No experience necessary – full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle required. Full paid training and induction is provided.
Your Role as a Home Care Assistant:
As a Home Care Assistant, you'll support individuals in Wickford to live independently in the comfort of their own homes. Every visit is an opportunity to make someone's day brighter and yours more fulfilling.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting medication and meal preparation
- Helping with light domestic tasks and grocery needs
- Providing companionship and emotional support
Qualifications & Expectations:

- A reliable and honest team player with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
