Our client is based in a village just south of Stevenage. As the Club Services Administrator, you will ensure the seamless operation of the club, maintaining efficiency and member satisfaction. Your role includes managing administrative tasks, organising events, and serving as the primary contact for members. You will work closely with and support the General Manager, Club Operations Manager and the Finance Manager in various tasks and projects. Your dedication and expertise will be key to our club's success.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Managing reception, including answering telephone enquiries
  • Monitoring and replenishing stationary stock as needed
  • Maintaining a tidy and presentable office environment
  • Efficiently archiving club-related documents
  • Assist in marketing to attract new members
  • Support onboarding and departure processes
  • Handle membership changes accurately
  • Manage monthly direct debits
  • Coordinate locker allocation, billing, and maintenance
  • Ensure exceptional member service
  • Support presentation evenings, AGM, and renewals
  • One day each month, either on a Saturday or Sunday, dedicated to meeting, greeting, and assisting members
  • Supporting the reconciling of member income bank accounts
  • Supporting the Finance Manager with auditors during financial audits
  • Supporting with stocktaking processes
  • Internal match and competition charging
  • Offering support to the General Manager, Club Operations Manager & Finance Manager in various tasks and projects as required
  • Supporting in the administration of entries and fees for the club open competitions
  • Administrative support on the day of open competitions
