Service Administrator Thetford Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm Temporary ongoing Hales Group are recruiting for a full time Administrative position on behalf of their client based in Thetford. Working as a Service Administrator, you will support the office function, assisting with a variety of administrative based tasks, including: Assisting with pre-invoicing checks on service reports Producing and sending invoices Keeping company records and service schedules up to date Acting upon recommendations from service reports e.g. bringing future services forward, liaising with internal departments regarding quotes for work etc. Maintaining in-house systems Uploading sub-contractor paperwork and service reports Reformatting and sending service reports to customers on completion of works Filing of manual paperwork General administrative tasks, data entry etc. Answering inbound calls and taking messages for other team members This role requires a confident and capable Service Administrator, adept at prioritising a busy workload.
