Are you looking to kickstart your career in sales and marketing with a company that values growth, development, and long-term success? I\’m currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving commercial team where you\’ll be supported every step of the way.
This role is ideal for someone who\’s naturally confident, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. An interest in computing or electronics is a bonus, but not essential – full training will be provided to ensure you have everything you need to succeed.
You\’ll start by supporting growing the social media and the sales team and gradually take ownership of your own client accounts, building relationships and driving growth.
Position: Sales & Marketing Support
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Location: Letchworth Garden City
Salary: 24-26K

Key Responsibilities (Immediate):
Marketing & Lead Generation
Assist with marketing campaigns and social media activity
Research and identify opportunities for new and existing products/services Account Management
Manage a small portfolio of customer accounts, with scope to grow
Provide tailored quotations and solutions
Build strong relationships with decision-makers
Understand customer needs and educate them on suitable products/services Sales Administration
Maintain and update product price lists
Create opportunities, quotations, and customer orders
Support with general admin and research tasks
Keep CRM systems updated with customer interactions
Key Responsibilities (Future Growth):
Manage a broader portfolio of client accounts
Negotiate large quotations and contracts
Generate new business through inbound and outbound activity
Attend client meetings and industry exhibitions
Provide first-line technical support pre- and post-sale
Maintain a sales forecast and contribute to team targets
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions
Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends
