Hales Group is recruiting Production Operatives for an exciting opportunity with our client near Beccles! Why Join Us? Flexible Shifts: 3 to 4 shifts per week, Monday to Friday Hours: 6am-6pm OR 6pm-6am (rotating shift pattern) Pay: £11.59 per hour (+ enhanced OT rate!) Location: Beccles Benefits: Holiday pay, expenses scheme, personal accident insurance, pension scheme Contract: Temporary ongoing What You’ll Be Doing: Quality Assurance: Inspect and pack bottles to meet quality standards, identifying and resolving faults as needed. Warehouse Support: Palletise, label, and record finished products, transporting them to the warehouse. Recycling: Collect and recycle scrap materials efficiently. Teamwork: Collaborate with Team Leaders on cleaning, hygiene, training, and labour plans. Product Handling: Move boxes/trays of finished products, ensuring documentation is accurate. Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organised production area, meeting safety and housekeeping audit standards.
