Our well known client based in Henlow are looking for a Process Operative to join their fast growing team, on a Temp to Perm basis. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, keen to learn, and have strong ability to work on their feet in a fast paced environment. The pay rate for this role is £24,018 per annum. The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm (overtime available) Main responsibilities for a Process Operative are: – To slit the liner and maintain stock records and operate the liner machine – To cut, bag, and tape bespoke product lengths as per schedule – To operate the mould cutting machine and cut moulds as per schedule – Perform random QC checks – To prioritise daily workload as to the manufacturing schedule – Forklift truck driving advantageous but not essential – Engineering background advantageous but no essential – Maintain good level of housekeeping Key skills as a Process Operative: – Ability to work with enthusiasm and care – Keen eye for detail – Reliable and self motivated – Team work essential – Good level of fitness as heavy lifting is involved Perks of working on a Temporary basis: – Weekly pay – 24/7 support – Tax relief scheme on travel – Rewards & Discounts Please apply within
