The Role

Working closely with the Property Manager and wider lettings team, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for tenants, landlords and contractors
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair works
  • Assisting with property inspections, check-ins and check-outs
  • Preparing tenancy documentation and keeping records up to date
  • Managing renewals and rent reviews
  • Following up on outstanding maintenance and tenancy matters
  • Ensuring properties remain compliant with current legislation
  • Delivering excellent customer service both over the phone and face-to-face

About You
