Hales Group are currently seeking a Marketing Associate on behalf of a leading global company in the food industry, looking for a talented and results-driven Marketing professional to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness and sales opportunities across Europe and the Middle East, helping to shape the company's marketing strategies in these key regions.

Reporting to the Managing Director, our client is looking for a confident, experienced individual.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan for Europe and the Middle East, in alignment with the global marketing roadmap.
  • Support the rollout of a new branding and visual identity across the regions, ensuring internal engagement and consistent messaging to the market.
  • Lead the execution of key marketing activities, including commercial initiatives, events, advertising, and communications across the region.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and global marketing groups to ensure the successful execution of marketing programs.
  • Partner with the Market Research Specialist to analyse B2B trends, consumer behaviours, and best practices in the savory food industry, using global insights to inform EU marketing strategies.
  • Support customer presentations with tailored market insights, trends, and presentations (PPT) for A & B segments. Present these insights virtually or in-person as needed.
  • Work with global marketing teams to support the regional rollout of the new corporate brand and logo, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
  • Provide support to channel partners in EMEA, offering resources and content to promote the brand, ensuring proper use of the new logo and brand adoption.
  • Regularly communicate with senior leaders on marketing strategies, results, and budgets.
Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Business/Marketing preferred) with previous working experience in either B2B or B2C.
  • Minimum of Intermediate level of experience in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to quickly assimilate and become proficient with new databases and technology.
Preferred:
  • Experience in the food industry.
  • Previous experience in B2B food industry.

Employment Length: 12 months fixed-term contract. Potential to extend if candidate is the right fit.
