The role can be challenging, but also exciting as the profession is fast-paced and target driven. Work is predominantly office based but time is also spent outside the office, meeting with clients and interviewing candidates.

Previous healthcare experience would be beneficial. You must also enjoy working in a high-pressure environment and the responsibility that comes with it. The ideal candidate will come from a recruitment background, having run a temporary recruitment desk, ideally in the healthcare sector but consideration will be given to those from a strong sales and customer service background. You will be IT literate, using Microsoft Systems. For our in-house CRM System and other portals full training will be given.
This role offers a competitive basic salary plus a generous performance-related commission structure.
