Job Description Food & Beverage Supervisor HOURS: 48 hours per week - 5 days across 7 (including early mornings, evenings & weekends) CONTRACT: Permanent An established venue is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the smooth running of their busy hospitality operation. The venue hosts a wide range of events, from private functions to large-scale celebrations, and requires a confident leader who can motivate a team and deliver exceptional service. Supervising daily F&B operations across bars, dining areas and event spaces Leading and supporting the front-of-house team during busy service periods Ensuring high standards of customer service and presentation Coordinating shift plans, stock levels and opening/closing procedures Working flexibly across early mornings, evenings and weekends Previous supervisory experience within hospitality or events Flexibility to work a 5-day rota across 7 days All our Consultants are committed, experienced and qualified, and have been supporting candidates across the area for many years.
