The predicted salary is between 25 - 25 £ per hour.

This position will focus on leading the marketing and communications activity for a major development project. Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will help generate excitement around the development, strengthen the organisation's reputation, support recruitment growth, and build meaningful engagement with service users, staff, employers, partners, and the wider community. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity, offering 15-20 hours per week on a fixed-term basis for approximately 11-12 months.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and delivering marketing campaigns to promote the campus redevelopment project
  • Increasing awareness and engagement across key audiences and stakeholder groups
  • Creating compelling content for digital, print, social media, PR, and communications activities
  • Supporting learner recruitment initiatives and helping drive future enrolment growth
  • Building strong relationships with employers, partners, community organisations, and local stakeholders
  • Managing project communications and ensuring consistent messaging throughout the redevelopment programme
  • Monitoring campaign effectiveness and reporting on outcomes and engagement levels

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in marketing, communications, campaign management, or a similar role
  • Strong content creation and storytelling abilities
  • Experience delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A creative, proactive, and strategic approach to marketing and communications
