Online Customer Service Advisor We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced online customer service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems and delivering outstanding service across multiple communication channels. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll be responsible for managing customer orders, handling enquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement through to delivery. This is a temporary to permanent contract requiring an almost immediate start. Key Responsibilities Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries Responding to customers via telephone, email and online chat Supporting customers with website navigation and online ordering Tracking orders and providing delivery updates Liaising with courier networks to resolve delivery queries Communicating with internal teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly Maintaining accurate customer and order records Providing general customer service and administrative support About You We're looking for someone with previous experience in a customer service or administration role who enjoys working in a busy office environment.
