  • Assist residents with personal care

  • Help residents with mobility and physical activities, including transferring from bed to chair.

  • Monitor and record residents’ health and well-being, reporting any changes to senior staff.

  • Provide companionship and engage residents in activities to promote mental and emotional health.

  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

  • Follow care plans and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

  • Previous experience in a care setting is preferred.

  • Compassionate and caring nature with a strong desire to help others.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (desirable).

  • A valid DBS check.

Monday to Friday

Every other weekend

£11.50 per hour dependent on qualifications
