We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative who will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the warehouse by safely handling the receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. This role ensures operational excellence through accuracy, productivity, quality, and safety, whilst working in a team for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods accurately and safely
- Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders in line with company procedures
- Using handheld scanners to confirm orders, print delivery documents, and track stock movements
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Conducting stock checks and supporting year end stock take activities
- Reporting discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor
- Following company health and safety policies
