Administrator Bury St Edmunds Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Salary DOE Permanent Our client based in Bury St Edmunds, is searching for an Administrator to join their well-established team. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Design department to provide secretarial and administrative support. Main Duties (including, but not limited to): Typing correspondence, taking and distributing minutes, filing and other general administrative tasks. Managing the Team Director’s diary and email, making appointments and travel arrangements as necessary. Updating and maintaining records as appropriate. Collating information for various packs. Registration of new developments with various companies. Liaising with and tracking of certificates to issue out to solicitors. Providing support, as required, to other departmental secretaries including reception. Attending meetings that may be necessary in the performance of your duties. Complying with and upholding company policies and procedures.
