We are looking for a versatile Marketing Manager to take ownership of multi‑channel campaigns and drive brand visibility. The role involves leading content production, managing digital activity, and using data to guide strategic decisions across a B2B‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans
- Run paid and organic digital campaigns, including SEO, online ads, email activity, and social media
- Create written content for websites, blogs, and marketing materials
- Monitor analytics to monitor performance and highlight improvements
- Maintain consistent branding across all marketing output
- Manage deadlines, budgets, and project workflow
- Oversee website updates and ensure SEO best practice is applied
- Support events and promotional activities
- Produce video content, including presenting on camera and editing footage for platforms like YouTube and TikTok
- Strong knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, analytics, and creative software (Adobe Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro)
- Confident managing multiple projects at once
- Solid analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience in B2B marketing and social media tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general digital platforms
- Comfortable operating video and drone equipment
