Hales Group are looking for a Production Operative to join our client based near Woodbridge on a permanent basis. With full training provided, you'll develop valuable skills and grow your career in a dynamic environment. If you are newly qualified in engineering, have a genuine interest in technical or engineering work, enjoy mechanics, electronics or similar, or you have proven experience in production or manufacturing – we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Set-Up: Set up and operate multiple production lines and equipment.
  • Quality Control: Conduct QC testing to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Assembly & Processing: Perform assembly operations and processing tasks.
  • Efficiency: Meet production requirements efficiently, following procedures and instructions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team to implement company practices and safety procedures.
  • Maintenance: Undertake maintenance activities on extrusion lines.
  • Adaptability: Carry out additional tasks as needed for smooth production.

LOCATION: Near Woodbridge (own transport is required due to location of site)

TERM: Permanent

PAY: £27-£30k per annum

HOURS: 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm/10pm-6am on a fortnightly rotation
