Executive Assistant
Location: Beccles
Salary: Competitive DOE
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (Up to 12 Months)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30am to 4:30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Hales Group are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant on behalf of a well-established business in the Beccles area.
This is a varied and rewarding role providing high-level support to senior leadership, while acting as a central point of coordination across the wider business. Working closely with multiple departments, you will play a key role in managing business reporting, communications, administration, employee engagement initiatives and operational support activities.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager or Senior Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across a broad range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide confidential support to senior leadership
- Coordinate and prepare management reports, KPI data and business information
- Maintain business records, reports and confidential documentation
- Organise meetings, business reviews and internal events
- Support internal communications and employee engagement activities
- Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, Microsoft Teams structures and business documentation
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and visitor arrangements
- Support customer, stakeholder and business visits
- Maintain business templates, records and key administrative processes
- Provide administrative support across a range of business functions
- Manage annual leave and absence records for the management team
- Support the development and improvement of reporting systems and administrative processes
- Act as a point of contact for external enquiries and community engagement activities
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager or Senior Administration role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Teams and SharePoint
- Experience producing reports and coordinating management information
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities and work to tight deadlines
- A proactive, professional and adaptable approach
- Confidence using initiative and identifying process improvements
