As the Global Oral Health CBIA Manager (Consumer, Business, Insights & Analytics), you are responsible for contributing to brand strategy and driving business growth by providing deep understanding of consumers, experts, markets, and competitive landscapes. Through synthesising diverse data sources and partnering with cross‑functional teams, you turn insights into actionable recommendations, inform global innovation pipelines, and develop compelling brand narratives and creative strategies. Your work ensures consumer perspectives are embedded in every stage of the brand’s lifecycle, guiding decision‑making, inspiring impactful marketing, and supporting the continuous measurement and optimisation of brand performance on a global scale. This role sits within the Global Oral Health CBIA Team and reports directly to the Global Oral Health CBIA Director. You will be part of a team of six dedicated Oral Health Insight & Analytics managers.

Role Responsibilities

  • Work with the cross‑functional brand team to create a learning and insights roadmap & identify Oral Health brand growth opportunities and strategies.
  • Lead the development and delivery of global consumer, expert, market, and competitive insights to inform where to compete and how to win opportunities.
  • Contribute to key brand foundations, incl. brand purpose, positioning, architecture and brand language, building an effective and agile learning toolkit.
  • Ensure global creative executions are grounded in data, culturally relevant across markets, and aligned with brand purpose and positioning to drive emotional connection and commercial impact.
  • Contribute to Global brand innovation by: (1) identifying critical touchpoints for innovation based on a complete vision of the consumer experience, (2) leading the design of concept evaluation and testing for claims, comms and commercial assets based on deep understanding of consumer & customer needs, and (3) evaluating success of in‑market launches for future roll‑out optimisation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for Stage Gate proposal support, providing robust data on consumer needs, market potential, competitor performance, ensuring robust evaluation of innovation opportunities and enabling successful commercial launch.
  • Develop and manage robust tracking and learning frameworks to measure brand health, campaign effectiveness, and innovation performance.
  • Design, commission, and manage primary and secondary market research projects, ensuring methodological rigour and business relevance.
  • Manage Global Brand Insight Budget to ensure maximum efficiency of spend.
  • Translate complex data and analytical findings into clear, compelling, and actionable storytelling narratives.
  • Proactively collect feedback on insights provided, ensuring an iterative process to make sure all insights are relevant and trusted.
  • Be the business partner for relevant OH Global Brand Team, educate teams on shape of future demand, fostering a future‑oriented mindset to drive brand growth.
  • Contribute to the Global Oral Health CBIA Growth Team, elevating the impact of CBIA in Brand Strategy.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years in Global FMCG Insights & analytics roles focused on foundational consumer learnings and developing strong brand foundations and winning creative campaigns and innovations.
  • Prior experience in Personal Care/Health Care categories (favourable).
  • Hands‑on experience with relevant consumer learning and testing methodologies (particularly comms, innovation & design testing) and a track record of successful experimentation and implementation of new, innovative tools & approaches.
  • Strong business acumen with proven history of translating findings into actionable recommendations with business value attached to them.
  • Ability to work independently in a high‑paced, highly‑matrixed organization and deliver multiple priorities under tight timelines with rigor and quality; strong planning & organisation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with statistical software (e.g. SPSS, R, Python) or data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with, and influence, diverse teams across different functions and markets, fostering a shared understanding of future opportunities.
  • Experience in leading projects and/or managing external agency relationships.
