Senior Global Media Effectiveness Manager – leads and manages media effectiveness initiatives, driving operational management and delivery of our global media measurement and optimisation strategies. Leverages analytics to understand business problems, predict outcomes, optimise resources, and provide actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the organisation on applying advanced analytics, digital attribution, and new spaces such as attention and in‑market testing to provide strategic insights and optimise media planning globally.
  • Participate in relevant leadership forums, providing expert guidance on media effectiveness to address key strategic business questions and influence decision‑making.
  • Drive a culture of data‑driven decision‑making and performance management within Global and OU Media teams, advocating for the importance of media analytics across the organisation.
  • Direct the collection and analysis of key media performance insights and syndicated data from priority markets, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Manage relationships and budget for local syndicated data and analytics services vendors, ensuring best‑in‑class solutions for Haleon.
  • Partner with D&T and CBIA and local business reporting teams to leverage business intelligence systems and champion self‑service utilisation of media effectiveness insights within the market.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience applying analytics to answer business questions, predict outcomes, and provide actionable recommendations, specifically within media effectiveness in a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) or consumer packaged goods (CPG) business.
  • Expertise in digital attribution, in‑market testing, and other media measurement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to departmental planning and setting team priorities.
  • Experience developing new approaches and resolving complex issues related to Media Effectiveness for a large organisation.
