About the role
The Digital and Tech Solution Owner: RECORD TO DECISION plays a critical role in ensuring Haleon’s Technology Platforms enable our enterprise processes to be designed, governed, and operated in a consistent, scalable, and future fit way. This role sits at the centre of Haleon’s transformation — ensuring our processes evolve from legacy, fragmented ways of working into integrated, standardised, and digitally enabled ways of working unlock capacity across the organization, align to strategy, maintain compliance, and operational excellence in support of the growth agenda.
Role Responsibilities
- Ability to align process with business objectives and drive continuous improvement
- Proven SAP ERP delivery experience in the areas of SAP FI, CO, FSCM, TRM etc
- Strong judgement and ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
- Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.
