Key Responsibilities
- Quality Data & Analytics
- Own the collection, consolidation, validation, and analysis of EU‑level quality, compliance, and performance data across manufacturing sites and operations.
- Transform complex datasets (e.g., deviations, CAPAs, audit findings, complaints, COPQ, right‑first‑time metrics) into clear, actionable insights for Quality Governance and senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain standardised dashboards and reporting packs to enable consistent visibility of quality performance, risk trends, and maturity progression across EU sites.
- Ensure data accuracy, traceability, and inspection‑readiness, with clear definitions, governance, and documentation of data sources and methodologies.
- Governance, Metrics & Performance Management
- Support the definition, maintenance, and deployment of EU‑level quality metrics and KPIs aligned to QSCP, Quality Council expectations, and business priorities.
- Monitor performance against enterprise standards, identifying variability, systemic risks, and emerging trends that require governance action or intervention.
- Provide analytical support to Management Review, Quality Council, and governance forums, enabling fact‑based decision‑making on risk, prioritisation, and investment.
- Track effectiveness of quality initiatives, standards deployment, and improvement actions using structured performance data and trend analysis.
- Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) & Loss Elimination
- Analyse COPQ drivers across EU sites, identifying root causes, repeat loss patterns, and high‑impact improvement opportunities.
- Support loss elimination initiatives by linking quality performance data to defect prevention, deviation reduction, and right‑first‑time execution.
- Enable prioritisation of improvement actions by quantifying risk, impact, and opportunity using robust data and analytical techniques.
- Continuous Improvement & Insight Generation
- Apply structured problem‑solving and analytical methods to convert quality data into meaningful insights rather than descriptive reporting.
- Identify cross‑site learning opportunities by comparing performance trends and recurring issues across EU operations.
- Translate analytical insights into clear stories, recommendations, and improvement focus areas for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Systems, Data Governance & Change Support
- Act as a key interface between quality systems (e.g., HQS, deviation and CAPA systems, audit platforms) and governance reporting.
- Support data standardisation and harmonisation efforts to reduce manual rework, ambiguity, and inconsistent interpretation across sites.
- Contribute to digital quality initiatives (e.g., smart labs, automated reporting, advanced analytics) by defining analytical requirements and use cases.
- Ensure changes to metrics, dashboards, or data models are governed, documented, and communicated effectively.
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Science, Quality, or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years’ experience in quality analytics, operational performance analysis, or data‑driven roles within regulated or complex manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated experience analysing quality and compliance data (e.g., deviations, CAPAs, audits, complaints, COPQ) to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Experience working with enterprise quality systems and performance datasets in a multi‑site or matrixed organisation.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights for governance forums and senior stakeholders.
- Experience supporting quality governance, management review, or inspection readiness activities through robust analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and data‑visualisation skills, with hands‑on experience using Excel (advanced), Power BI or equivalent analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of quality systems, GMP principles, and risk‑based quality management.
- Capability in trend analysis, basic statistical methods, and structured problem‑solving related to quality performance.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present analytical insights clearly and credibly to technical experts and senior leaders.
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and data management tools, with the ability to produce governance‑ready reports and dashboards.
- Structured, disciplined working style aligned to enterprise quality and governance expectations.
