About the role
Are you a finance professional with a proven track record in reporting, analysis and performance management? If so, read on…Haleon have a new opportunity as Management Reporting Manager to join the Global FP&A team.
As the Management Reporting Manager, you will lead and support key financial reporting initiatives within our global finance organization. This role will focus on the development and optimization of management reporting tools, drive reporting-related transformation projects such as headcount reporting, and ensure the successful implementation of new accounting standards. The ideal candidate will bridge finance, technology, and business operations, acting as a key partner in delivering insights and scalable reporting capabilities .
Key responsibilities
- Support the Haleon management reporting strategy, including the Group Management Reporting system through partnership with finance teams at all levels.
- Act as finance lead for enterprise-wide reporting transformation projects, including workforce/headcount reporting, cost centre structures, and performance metrics.
- Support the implementation of new financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS 18), collaborating with technical accounting, compliance, and external advisors to ensure proper adoption.
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to drive the automation and digitalization of reporting processes, increasing efficiency and data quality.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead automation or system enhancement initiatives in collaboration with Global FP&A and ERP teams.
- Facilitate identifying and escalating critical risks, issues and interdependencies to relevant governance forums for resolution.
- Drive enhanced engagement, where necessary between project teams and a wide range of stakeholders across the company to ensure project delivery on time.
- Prepare executive-level presentations summarizing performance and project progress.
- Ad-hoc reporting, analysis and business partnering as required.
Qualifications and skills
Essential Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Finance or Business Development)l
- ACCA / CIMA / MBA (Finance) / Similar accounting qualification
- Proven background in financial management and analysis experience, ideally including experience in Consumer Health or FMCG industries
- Progressive experience in corporate finance, preferably in a multinational or matrixed organization.
Expected skills & competencies:
- Capability to lead and work in a complex matrix environment
- Strong communications skills – verbal and written
- Strong understanding of key financial statements, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build & maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders within a matrix structure (across the group controlling team and with the regions).
- Ability to generate robust visualisation to describe performance in presentations
- Creative thinking to drive changes and process improvements
- Excellent business acumen, analytical, and financial skills, ability to see the big picture
