About the Role
At Haleon, data-driven decision making is critical to understanding consumers, shaping brand strategy, and driving business performance. As part of our commitment to advancing our digital and insights capabilities, we have established a Social Intelligence Centre of Excellence, focused on strategically collecting, analysing and applying social and digital data to answer business questions and solve complex challenges. We are seeking a Social Intelligence Analyst to join this growing team and help transform social and digital data into actionable business insights. This role will support stakeholders across multiple functions by delivering social listening programmes, trend analysis, audience insights, reporting, training and consultancy services that enable better decision making across the organisation. Reporting to the Social Intelligence Lead and based in the United Kingdom, you will work across a variety of business functions including Marketing, Consumer Business Insights & Analytics (CBIA), Corporate Affairs, Digital & Technology, Talent Acquisition and Customer Strategy. You will play a key role in expanding the use of social and digital intelligence while helping establish best practices, methodologies and standards across the organisation. This role is suited to a curious, analytical and collaborative professional who enjoys translating business questions into meaningful research approaches and leveraging digital insights to deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and delivering social intelligence projects including platform implementations, reporting dashboards, training programmes, cultural and trend analyses, audience profiling, influencer assessments and performance reporting.
- Configuring and managing social intelligence platforms, including query development, data collection methodologies, segmentation strategies, dashboard design and automated alerting.
- Designing and delivering training programmes that increase organisational capability and democratise access to social and digital data.
- Partnering with stakeholders to gather and refine research briefs, define methodologies and establish robust approaches to answer business questions.
- Producing high-quality reports, insights and recommendations and communicating findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications & Experience
- Essential
- Knowledge in social intelligence, social listening, digital insights or consumer intelligence, either within an organisation or agency environment.
- Hands-on experience using industry-standard social and digital intelligence platforms such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Trajaan, Google Keyword Planner or similar tools.
- Ability to translate business challenges into effective research questions, methodologies and analytical approaches.
- Deliver dashboards, reports and insight presentations that influence business decision making.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
- Desirable
- Experience within FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Consumer Goods or related sectors.
- Knowledge of social media measurement frameworks, digital analytics and online consumer behaviour.
- Understanding of emerging trends in social intelligence, audience analysis, influencer measurement and digital analytics.
