Are you a student who is in their 2nd year at University looking to kick start your career in Social Impact, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)? You will have the opportunity to work directly with and learn from an experienced team who will support you to reach your full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting reporting of reach and impact of our social impact initiatives
- Working with Haleon’s strategic partners on community investment and charitable giving initiatives
- Support with Haleon’s thought leadership work and research on Health Inclusivity
- Support with Employee Engagement, such as arranging talks, events or internal communications
- Managing activities that make up Haleon’s human rights programme and contribute to human rights due diligence initiatives
Education Requirements:
Currently studying for your Undergraduate Degree Preferably in International Studies, International Development, Global Studies, Politics, Economics, Human Geography or another humanity subject. You must be in your 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland) and seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with your university. Please ensure the role is suitable for your placement year.
Role Start Date: July 2026

- Hirevue Online Assessment – you will be asked to complete a behaviour based online assessment/interview.
- Hirevue One-Way Video Interview – if selected you receive a link to complete an one-way video interview focusing on your motivation for joining Haleon and what transferrable skills you will bring to the role. This will be screened by the Early Talent Team.
- Interview – if selected you will be invited to attend a virtual interview; The interview will consist of a competency-based interview and may include a case study/technical exercise.
- Offer – candidates will receive an outcome within 2 weeks following interview.
