As the Investment Effectiveness Programme Manager, you will be a key contributor within the CBIA Performance & Effectiveness team, reporting directly to the Global Investment Effectiveness Director. This role is responsible for the management and continuous innovation of Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) within the Consumer & Business Insights & Analytics (CBIA) organisation, part of Forge360. You will provide SME guidance to global, OU, and local teams, partner cross‑functionally to ensure successful launch & adoption, facilitate the end‑to‑end process from data discovery to results delivery, and support OU teams in incorporating MMM insights & tools into media & marketing planning.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the end‑to‑end set‑up and delivery of each quarterly cycle of MMMs, including initial engagement & kick‑off (alignment on data requirement, deadlines, owners, model scope), coordinating with modelling vendors & offshore team on resourcing and timelines.
  • Support continuous improvement and core programme development, including organising & leading end‑of‑cycle reviews, collaborating with Data & Tech teams on data automation and new data product development, supporting the testing of new variables/approaches in modelling, facilitating delivery, tool and dashboard enhancements and the ongoing up‑skilling of the vendors & offshore team.
  • Drive effectiveness via MMM insights and value‑added deliveries, including collaborating with local & global stakeholders on key questions that can be answered via the core MMM programme and/or ad hoc pilots, leveraging MMM output to deliver annual cross‑market & brand meta‑analyses, and delivering quarterly reports & newsletter updates.
  • Drive MMM uptake and usage via structured capability and training initiatives, including supporting OU & other teams with targeted training on areas such as MMM fundamentals, results, output & tool usage; facilitating cross‑functional learning & knowledge transfer by leading "community of experts" forums and through ad hoc consultancy.
  • Drive awareness and change management for the programme. Partner with D&T and Global Marketing Excellence teams as well as with OUs and Category teams – to ensure impact and actionability of results.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in applying an analytical approach to answering business questions and providing actionable recommendations, preferably within MMM.
  • In‑depth knowledge of analytical practices and methodologies within the Consumer Goods Industry (FMCG/Consumer Healthcare).
  • Hands‑on knowledge and understanding of syndicated data measures and attributes across diverse data landscapes, coupled with demonstrable experience in business intelligence and analysis.
  • Proven ability to work under tight timelines and prioritise among multiple projects, with strong coordination and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with syndicated data providers (e.g., Nielsen/Circana/IQVIA) or other vendors for MMM/Price and Promo studies.
