Introduction

This role sits within the Global Sales Force Effectiveness organisation with a mission to deliver industry-leading reporting, analytics and performance visibility across Global HET and local markets.

Haleon commercial teams are increasingly enabled through Customer data foundations, advanced analytics and digital solutions.

To maximise the value of these investments, the role will create standardised, scalable and automated reporting products that enable faster decision-making, improve KPI consistency and reduce manual effort across markets.

The vision for the role is to act as the global specialist for SFE reporting and dashboard design, building reusable reporting assets that can be adopted globally through a Customer Data Foundation approach.

The role offers broad exposure to commercial excellence leaders, local market SFE teams, data engineering teams and senior stakeholders, while supporting the broader Sales Force of the Future agenda through improved data accessibility and analytics adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain standardised dashboards, scorecards and reporting packs covering weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance routines for Global SFE, HET and markets.
  • Translate business questions into clear, actionable visual analytics using strong data storytelling, user-centred design and commercial performance management principles.
  • Convert priority manual Excel and Power Point reporting into automated, refreshable dashboard solutions where feasible, improving speed, consistency and adoption.
  • Define and maintain consistent KPI definitions, reporting logic and metric calculations in partnership with Global SFE, HET and market stakeholders.
  • Develop reusable reporting templates aligned to the Customer Data Foundation (CDF), enabling configure-not-build reporting for local market adoption.
  • Partner with local market SFE and Commercial Excellence teams to migrate priority reports onto standardised CDF-based reporting solutions.
  • Implement reporting quality controls, including reconciliation to source data, refresh monitoring, issue logging and triage with data/platform teams.
  • Maintain reporting governance artefacts including dashboard catalogue, KPI/data dictionary, refresh cadence, change logs and user guidance documentation.
  • Support adoption through stakeholder training, enablement sessions and documentation to increase self-service reporting and reduce ad hoc reporting demand.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for global SFE reporting best practice, influencing standardisation and challenging legacy reporting complexity where appropriate.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience delivering business intelligence dashboards and performance reporting in a complex multi-stakeholder environment, ideally within commercial analytics, SFE, sales performance or a related function.
  • Strong expertise in data visualisation and dashboard design best practice, including clarity, usability, performance and accessibility.
  • Hands‑on experience with a BI platform, with Power BI preferred; Tableau or Qlik acceptable depending on environment.
  • Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of data modelling concepts, including star schemas, measures/metrics design and performance optimisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to standardise KPIs and reporting approaches across multiple geographies, teams or business units.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global matrix organisation.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Python or similar tools for analytics, automation or data preparation.
  • Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake or Azure, and/or with governed semantic layers.
  • Experience building governed self‑service analytics products and reusable reporting templates.
  • Experience in consumer health, FMCG or another commercial reporting environment.
  • Experience supporting transformation programmes involving people, process, technology and adoption change.
