About the Role
The Junior Brand Manager is an individual that has a strong passion for the consumer and a desire to own and relish the power to be a champion for the consumer and the brands. This individual must be able to drive their business with a strong consumer-centric approach, work in close collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager and a variety of cross-functional partners including sales, finance, category development, shopper marketing, digital marketing, operations, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, global colleagues and external agencies to harness the company’s resources to move their brand forward.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day brand administration including P&L oversight, demand planning, consumption forecasting, marketing spend management, & digital commerce and media plan performance tracking.
- Lead market analysis that delivers a strong understanding of the external market and category landscape on the consumer, customer (Retail and Health Care Professional) and competitive fronts while ensuring timely identification of risks and/or opportunities with the development of action plans to address these.
- Partner with Consumer Business Insights & Analytics team to initiate deep human understanding research projects and apply research to support strategic decision-making and tactical implementation as required.
- Manage brand equity through successful deployment and localization of global toolkits for communication and innovation launch campaigns.
- Partner with cross-functional team (including Global Brand Team, Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Medical, Legal, Supply, Digital Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Media & Creative Agencies, etc.) to evaluate, develop, and oversee and activate annual brand plans with excellence.

- Passion for the consumer and brand building.
- A strong problem solver with the ability to think both analytically and creatively to effectively drive business objectives.
- Ability to lead, influence, and inspire cross-functional teams through strategy and vision.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to build consensus across functions and levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Courage, resilience, perseverance, and tenacity to champion initiatives from start-to-end.
- Experience in CPG and/or Consumer Healthcare industries (preferred).
