Haleon invites a NBD & Licensing Director to lead all deal activity within the Advanced Research Group (ART). You will shape licensing and strategic partnerships, negotiate terms, and manage a small team of deal execution specialists in a fast-moving, deal-driven environment.
Reporting to the CSO and Corporate Development Licensing, you will collaborate with Finance M&A, Legal, IP, and external partners to drive Haleon's breakthrough innovation pipeline and deliver long-term value.
