Haleon is seeking an Enterprise Transformation Change Readiness Lead to coordinate and drive business readiness across a multi-year SAP S/4HANA programme. You will partner with Change Leads, Engagement teams and process owners to ensure clear, consistent communications and effective adoption across markets and functions.
You will lead the execution of the Change Management Strategy, assess readiness and risks, and tailor actions to maximise stakeholder engagement and successful go‑live readiness.
